TBH Felt full af. But that fullness was probably due to the amount of fluids I had as well. Looking at the food, solid wise, really not that much. Fuck man gotta take it easy tho. Dieting gave me an eating disorder lol
Took a dump 3x next day (today). Snake came out, think constipations out of the woods and getting better
