SUMMARY

Had a really, really good productive day today. This morning routine that we have going on right now is fuckin fire! Tracking time now is nearly a habit as well, I’d say today I tracked around 80% of the day. The other 20% was tracked but I was lazy and didn’t even label it lol. Beast workouts today too. Jog + Gym + 3 rep HIIT run later. I feel like eating 3000 calories does make me feel blaoted, and is a lot (which i love!) but my workouts are boss af. I probably don’t need tha tmany calories to feel this way, it’s just because dieting for 5.5 months really fucked my gut, workouts and strength up, now I just feel like superman.

Slowly getting back into the groove again.
