Tracked everything today – good job! was super time efficient with it, got a lot of Google Ads things done. Didn’t eat enough though. Sacrificing not eating for a better sleep, since it’s so late already. oh well, just another lesson learned.

Diet:
3 pancakes + milk
pizza – 2 slices

Excercise:
100 pushups program, week 2 day 3
