– make goals, break them down into their most simple actionable steps and conquer
– make monthly, weekly and daily goals
– 80/20 rule – 10 tasks, 2 of them will make the most difference in your life and be the most important

– Habit system – it’s only natural that as you get better at habits you stop thinking about them – this is a habit! To get better and better though, you have to, HAVE to have an underlying monitoring system that …. Wait for it…. You make a habit! Like an underlying system that’s always mindful and monitoring what you do and what your habits are so when mastery is complete you go to the next level rather than just stay there.
– periodic reviews and analysis report – quarterly analysis on seeing if you’re staying true to your goals and who you want to be… I feel like this is a really good one.
