Inc bb bp – 85 x 7 x 6 / 75 x 9 x 9 – stay at 75, last time did I do 65? really dont’ remember, but atm 85 is too heavy for 8+ reps. Stick with 75/80 next time.

Bench machine – 60 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 – nice, kept tension, hard af

Inc db flies – 15 x 10 x 10 x 10 – good stuff

Tricep pushdowns – 20 lb x 12 x 12 x 12 – nice n joocy. increase weight next time

Machine flies 55 x 10 x 10 x 10 – nice n joocy. increase weight next time

Decline crunches x 10 x 10 x 10 – dang these are harder now. Do 12 next time
