BIG REVELATION!
Shit, I’ve just discovered something huge for my day to day.
I used to just have a to do list. And wake up and try to tackle it in a different way everyday. Some days I wake up and go, some days I meditate then go, but I usually always spun out by the 2nd/3rd hour or pretty early on in my day. Just spun out and then went downhill.
WEEEELLLLLL. Yesterday I was mindful in my approach, and thought – dude, you have no skeleton or backbone to follow, no system. Just goals and go. Why don’t you try to plan your day out by the time? Give yourself a roster of time to be effective, and go apeshit during that time?
Well today I did that, and I was super effective. Still need to perfect it and spend more time with this method, but so far it makes sense. It gives you a sense of direction of how you are going to spend your time. Instead of here are goals and go. It’s more broken down.
Now my mind tells me: but sean, you’re taking away the zest of being spontaneous. But no, NO. that’s just my mind going against discipline, because what I really am when not planning out my time is AIMLESS. AIMLESS leaves no backbone, and I end up being unguided, indecisive, and this leads to lazyness being so much more appealing.
Today I PARTIED with my time. Sure, I took some break time that took longer than usual, but I doubled back in every case and spent my time GETTING SHIT DONE!!!!!!

ALWAYS BE OPEN TO NEW WAYS OF THINKING. ALWAYS BE MINDFUL OF YOUR THINKING AND THINK – IS THIS THE BEST WAY? IS THERE A DIFFERENT APPROACH? AM I JUST SECRETLY BEING LAZY / A BITCH!?

GYM – Decided to take a rest day. Really didn’t want to, but my whole body was aching. I guess it was from fucking raging so hard with the gym and cardio last few weeks, not even thanksgiving gave me enough rest lol. Gotta ease into being a beast yo.
SUMMARY
Excellent day of working. Now got to make a disciplined plan to ALWAYS plan out the day beforehand, properly. No half assing or being lazy.
