SUMMARY
Definitely see the weight gain from the Thanksgiving binges. It’s most definitely not fat, but I’m noticeably puffier from the water weight gained.
Almost got spun out today cause of stool mucous… literally nothing changed or was different, I just got almost let my mind spin me out. I have to make the decision to not get spun out. I did everything correct, I did everything right, and now gotta wait for the tube camera to come lol~!.
With lifting, going the straight bodybuilding route here on out. I have to set a goal. Let’s do that right now.

Once I get to these we’ll go for reps. Back is still tingling. Doesn’t really hurt, so I guess it’s the nerves. Maybe nerve irritation/damage. Going to take it easy for another 2 days and reassess.
