As much as I’d like to believe in Zen and the enlightenent of moments, habits are definitely easier formed when practiced over time. Even a few days is all you need. Let alone a NYE past midnight I”m a brand new person.
Creating a new habit, a new way of thinking continually takes time and effort. You’re sure as hell not going to have it right within the first few minutes, moments, hours or even days after coming upon a decision or a mindshift or way of thinking, but with consistent effort, it is possible. Just look at what you did,
